K-1 battery grip - does it fix the shutter shock issues with the DFA 28-105?

Interesting, I'll try to tighten all the screws. Hope it'll help to reduce the effect.

Ive seen reports from d800/810 to have shutter shock around 1/80-1/125, but not the massive 1/30-1/200 range.

Its pixel peeping if we're talking about web images, however I see a huge difference in my two large-scale prints I made recently, one was on a tripod with ES enabled and it looks stunningly sharp, another was taken as a handheld panorama, and all the sharpening and cleaning up I've done to it didn't help it to be as crisp, even though it was a much larger file downsized to the same size as the first print.

I guess it shouldn't bug me too much for the snapshots, and I always try to shoot from tripod for more serious work.

Hmm, I saw people reporting having shutter shock with that particular lens on a tripod, so I doubt monopod would do the trick. I can't confirm myself, I shoot ES on tripod eliminating any shutter shock. If you have the 28-105 and K-1 with a grip, would you please maybe take a hand held shot at 28mm and shutter speeds in range of 1/30 to 1/200? Those are the ones that seem to be affected the most, for me and few other people.

I wonder if it's the same thing though, tripod is much taller and has a structure that's pretty prone to resonating the vibration (long narrow tubes). I don't know for sure, just saw someone mention the idea and was wondering if it's at all viable, because I'd rather get the grip than having to sell the 28-105 and add another 600$ for the 24-70.

As title states, I'm interested to find out if it does indeed fixes, or at least makes the shutter shock more reasonable? It was mentioned in another thread, but that thread has been inactive for few days.
Reason I'm asking, I do find the shutter shock with that particular lens annoying me more and more as I shoot with it more, and I was considering maybe selling it off and getting the DFA 24-70 that seems to have no issues in that regard.
However, if battery grip fixes the issue, I'd rather get that and avoid selling the lens (that I like quite a bit optically), saving a bit of cash in process.
