Thanks again. I will be using it on film, for prints 300 mm would be pretty bad from your example but scans can of course be cropped to suit. Initially I'll have my film printed and scanned at a lab so I will stay within the range 150-260 mm and probably at f8. I like that all my lenses are backward compatible on this film body (P30T) and the first roll I will try all of them that can match the film size :).

Thanks for your time on this. It's good to know even this new glass can be used within those limitations. f5.6 between 150 and 260 is easy to remember and will do me fine. Thanks again :).

Hi all,
Has anyone got more data on the DA 55-300 limitations?, I have got a P30T on the way and would like to try it if I can find where in the range it is not viable.
