they should rather do a K-5 III then a K-3. really.
just look at that thing and place a K-5 aside...
where is functionality at home and where is "i want to impress" at home...?
I only like a few things about the K-3:
mode dial, top-LCD, the way you alter the AF and AE settings.
(despite the fact that the "AF-mode" button could sit on the levers knob.)

- Tethering support
- 20MP resolution
- UHS-II and XQD
- USB 3.0
- app. 10 stills per second at full resolution
- better and faster AF-C
- enormous buffer size for burst mode...
- KAF4
- PDAF aboard the sensor
- 4K Video (i would also accept cropped sensor size in video mode like on the Nikon D500)
- Articulated screen like KS2 or just tilting like on the 645Z
- Small improvement on PDAF tracking to match K1 algorithms.
- Ergonomics of the K-5--- just turn that lever that sits on the right of the display the other way around (WITHOUT THOSE F. REDUNDANT WHEELS THAT CRIPPLED THE TOP-LCD ON K-1) and add a "lock/write-protect picture" function to the "AE-L button" when in review mode.
... whooops.. was that me writing in capital letters? sry, my bad
- plus all the other features found on K-3II and on K-70 added up together as possible of course
