The Isco-Gottingen Westanar isn't great either. Stiffest focus ring and worst quality at infinity of all of my lenses.

The (Super/S-M-C/SMC) Macro-Takumar, Pentax K/M 50/4 are also tessar designs as well (and very sharp).

The older Takumar/K/M 50/4 is no slouch either.
