The holy grail of the three Princesses. The MIJ FA 31 Limited in all of its minty glory! From a forum listing. More like as new rather than mint.

Take it off auto and leave the K-1 set on FF, then crop as needed. That way I use my PLM and just crop when it s between 70 and 150mm. Then you can see if there is vignette.

In the Marines up about 200KM north of the Arctic Circle we had one primus stove for 4 guys and that was supposed to melt and boil enough water for all of us from snow. Your choice probably boils the water a bit faster.:D

The Tamron I had seems to be almost an exact duplicate, and it was very good for me as an all around lens. The DA 18-250 I had was quite good but I let it go after getting a PLM. Tomorrows mail will be brining me A Sigma 24-70 for my K-1. Hopefully it arrives safely as scheduled.
I also just got a red dot sight with cold shoe mount for BIF when using my 150-450, just need to adjust the sight for 50 yards or so to adjust for parallax. I also got a 34 inch umbrella with a removable black reflector layer as a birthday present for myself.

Just remember the specifics so you don't buy them again in a couple months! :)

I like to do a box inside a box with some packing in between as well as having enough material in the inner box to prevent motion inside the inner sanctum.

Amazingly sharp at 200mm! You will love it as it has the classic FA* rendering. And the workout that goes with the PZ is just an added bonus!

The PLM works pretty well on my K-5IIs wide open! Not what everybody wants or needs, but if it is available and handy in a pinch!

Since I took over the shipping department of the company I work for this month, I am developing a better understanding of packaging! We sell soft goods soo packing on my end is easy, but the last lens I bought on the forum was mailed loose from British Columbia to Maine without one iota of packing material in the box. It banged around when the box was moved. (The lens, amazingly enough, still worked fine!) I think that this member no longer shoots Pentax so I doubt he will list anything here again.

He may need to change the props to ones with a slightly larger pitch, say from a 6 inch to a 6.5 inch pitch since the air is less dense. you aren't going to get different motors with a higher RPPM for high altitude. (I don't expect.)

I have a Delkin card reader for USB 3 and UHS II (at least) from B and H or Adorama for about 20 dollars. You still need a faster card to really get it to speed up. I use UHS II cards and get over 100 Mb/s loading on to my laptop. It has standard card and a larger one for the Sony strange cards, and can read both at once.

Ii believe that certain parts of the world call almost anything we in the US would consider a cookie, a "biscuit." I think anything labeled cookie has higher taxes or something, so therefore, these cocoa biscuits are from away, while my SMUs are properly labeled as cookies!

I have seen it move but only bounces up and it seems to be from moving the meter. No change when I move the dials under indoor light. I get a bounce when I aim my Litra directly at it though. glass is kind of grubby so I will clean carefully and try again. As I never shot film, I bought it on a lark because it appeared to be perfect and is a bit of history. At the price I paid for it, it isn't a big deal but if it works it is extra cool!

Like new Lightmeter at the local Goodwill. Not responsive so is there a battery hiding under the tiny screws in the back? Any information on this model?

If it is similar to the DA*150-450 I got there you will be extremely happy. That is an amazing deal on the D-FA 100!
