Days before Full Moon / Compensation
1 / 1/2 stop
2 / 1 stop
3-4 / 1 1/2 stop
7 / 3 1/2 stop
I prefere to keep my exposures at f/8 as I usually require some depth of field and do not want vignetting in the frame. Expose longer as apposed to opening the aperture. Of course some situations will dictate otherwise.
I find that modern chrome films can be exposed as you would Acros 100. These include Provia, Astia, and E100G.
I tend to not expose from an "exposure" point of view at night. This is due to years of exposing films as an astrophotographer. I hope the translations above give a good starting point for others.

Tuco has explained the film reciprocity well. Acros requires little correction, even in longer exposures. I've gone beyond 30 minutes, but I don't correct for any "metered" reading. In low light photography, metering is sometimes not an option. I recommend that you start with a base exposure under known conditions (Full Moon, Gibbous Moon, Firtst quarter) and take good notes.
A good base exposure under the full Moon is 12 minutes at f/8 with Acros. I've compared 30 minutes at f/11 with little or no difference in density.
That being said here is a chart for Acros reciprocity.
Indicated Exposure / Actual Exposure
2 minutes / 2 minutes
4 minutes / 6 minutes
8 minutes / 12 minutes
15 minutes / 25 minutes
30 minutes / 45 minutes

Thanks, not a problem. I had not made such refinements as this was fresh off the scanner. I usually correct before I print. Silly me forgets.
Thank you as well Tuco.
