My partner uses a Fuji X-T2 and it's an outstanding camera. In terms of lenses, her favorites are the 85mm and 23mm. She was least impressed by the 100-400 (poor center sharpness at 400mm wide open, and needed to be stopped down).
Personally, I do not care for the ergonomics of the Fuji X-T series (much prefer the X-H ergos). The knobs/layout, although visually appealing, result in a camera that requires two hands in order to control all aspects when in full manual. Functions can be mapped and modes reassigned, but you still have to navigate your fingers around those retro design choices. My partner, on the other hand, loves the ergos A LOT.
To that point, it's really about preferences. In my opinion Ergonomics and Viewfinders are MUCH more important than AF, Lens Selection, etc. Reason being, what good is a camera's features if I don't enjoy looking through the viewfinder or holding it in my hands?
