Hey! Mark! Cut it out! You're bending my mind :D

Seriously good.

How do you decide where the horizon is in a shot like this?

Richard.

I love that first one, Matt. Reminds me of drives into the mountains when the skiing was good.

Spectacular colours. All I normally see from Lanzarote are windsurfing shots. My mad-keen-windsurfing brother has a villa in Lanzarote and a K-5 and a Spotmatic and a whole lot of Takumars. If you see an older dude with white hair looking like a beach bum and sporting a K-5, say g'day :D

Very nice, Matt. #3 appeals to me because it doesn't try to turn night into day. The story it tells is great. I really like #1 because I find female bass players very interesting. That probably proves that I'm some sort of pervert/MCP/sexist/whatever, but what is is.

Wow. Your Granny looks very good for 90. Actually, I've seen 70-year-olds who look older. A face full of character and very well photographed.

Beautiful, Mark. Ullswater never looked like that when I sailed there in the mid 1960s :D

Knowing the area so well, I'm amazed by what you've done, twitch. That is so good. Taken from the landing stage/pontoon just on the city side of the Swan St bridge?

I've had a thing about Banff for around 30 years ever since I discovered heli-skiing. I've never managed to get the funds and the time off at the same time to indulge, and now I'm probably too old and unfit. Your photos have given me the motivation to get rid of the unfit limitation. Too old is in the mind.

Thanks for showing these.

That looks moderately steep :D Loose-heel skiers get to see some great terrain. That's got me salivating and forgetting my age. We were meant to have a world cup DH race in Thredbo many years ago. The European teams chickened out when faced with a section like that even though it was much shorter.

Great shots, Matt. I very rarely see photos that resonate like the first two.
