0.48 megapixels, 20% jpeg compression (because attachment rationing)
2% color saturation 24 bit file (not a patchy 16 bit grayscale file)
And, flash with black and white, is great fun!
Flash + Black and White, is surely the least effort way for high quality images. However, instead of a filter, consider color media so you can do the minus blue in post process. For black and white classic YG portrait filter, that's RGB sliders to 144% green, 44% blue, before minimizing the color. Anyhow, got a flash handy?
