The 2.8D takes the same lens caps as all the other Rollei 2.8 models with the Bay 3 bayonet (which is all of them except the 2.8A).
There’s usually a few genuine examples on eBay, although as with all Rollei Bay 3 accessories these can be a bit exxy. There’s also a bunch of third party plastic caps available, although I suspect quality is a bit hit and miss.

A new MP from the mid-2000s is a very different beast to the original MP of the 50s, at least in terms of rarity, collectibility and, most notably, value.
The original MP is a truly special bit of gear.

I used an F for a bit and enjoyed it, but found the metered head unbalanced the camera and the shutter release position required a level of dexterity that I simply don’t have.
Swapped it for a plain-prism F2 which has been wonderful :)

The new (to me) 21/f4 Color Skopar and Voigtlander 21/25 finder on my M2.
I've been wanting to try an M mount 21mm for a while, and was pretty chuffed when this one popped up on local classifieds :)
