Let me add some other options to make your life more difficult :)

DA16-45 is well regarded
DA17-70 is well regarded as well and gives you some extra reach (as in your Sigma 17-70 options)

Both are f/4, but you did not specify a 'need for speed' ;) Be aware that the DA17-70 will be manual focus on non-SDM bodies (K100D and earlier).

No idea about prices.
