I removed the springs from my generic adapters. I’ve never had an issue with anything coming loose. There are members that put a dab of locktite to keep the adapter on the lens, I would, but I also shoot with a Spotmatic.

Funny thing is, the next lens I bought was an 85. I don’t have that lens any more, but it’s been replaced three ways from Sunday.

With what you have, the K55 would have to go. If you use the 135, take it also. The only other one you need is a 28, and you have the Takumar. For many years, my 3 lens kit was a 28, 50 and 135. Then I developed LBA. The rest is history.
