Amazon and Aputure trigmaster warning

Thanks for the review - they look really nice and I want them really bad for their looks....

But I have found that Aputure triggers do not sync well if the wake up (red light on receiver when half press) on half press pin is not activated - So just wondering if you have used them with studio lights and how you have found their sync capabilities when the flash is at lower speeds like 1/800sec instead of speedlights at 1/5000sec
