I love using the DA70 on my K-1 mk II, I don't mind slightly soft corners, this is a full frame lens in my mind.
From a walk to the beach yesterday. The air was above +10 degrees C and the sun was warming, but the water is just above the freezing point.

Uncropped FF mode shot from K-1 II. At Macro distance, the DA35 is a full frame lens. At this distance, it starts to vignette, but in this case the vignette looks intended, IMHO :)

Great shots! And I'm so glad to hear that my two favourite lenses work so well on the K-1. If there just was a Santa ;) ---------- Post added 13th Oct 2016 at 09:23 ---------- When I bought the DA70, I thought of it as mostly a portrait lens. But it's so useful for architecture or landscape shots from a distance.

Well, I live here :-)
I've noticed your nice shots from Norway! These look like Lysefjorden, too? (Only been there once, 34 years ago!)

Thanks! Shot in downtown Oslo while on my way from work today, we've had a very nice October so far.

Thanks! Of course not (as long as you don't redistribute it of course).

Nice shots, sage97! Now you've awakened my LBA for the DA21 again! I still wonder if a GR is a more sensible buy, though - it doesn't cost that much more, so you get a very cheap camera body with the lens :-)
I've rediscovered my love for the DA70 lately, it's usable for so much more than portraits. Here's a shot from Stockholms old town on a dark and gloomy evening (this monday): Gamla Stan by Espen Vestre, on Flickr

Indeed :) There's a crazy amount of detail in that shot, the DA70 is a wonderfully sharp lens @f/5.6 (although I can actually see a slight loss of sharpness in the extreme corners on my 27" screen). I just held a 645Z half an hour ago, not that I could currently afford it, but when I look at this picture in detail I think that 16mp might be enough ;) - and would I carry it to work every day like I do with my K-5 (in case I suddenly get the chance to e.g. shoot something in magic light)? Probably not!

I was inspired by the 15mm club yesterday and wanted to use it, but then suddenly the low sun lit up this castle in downtown Oslo and the DA70 became the lens of choice: Sunset On Akershus by Espen Vestre, on Flickr

Wow! How many images are these stitched from? I haven't thought of using the DA15 for panoramas, but I guess the distortion is well controlled so that might actually work well.

Here's my most-viewed picture ever (since it got explored on Flickr), a shot with the DA35 Macro Ltd from two months ago. I just love how SR on the K-5 made it possible for me to shoot this handheld: December 9: White Morning by Espen Vestre, on Flickr

- and it's almost stuck on my camera since then - just love it. It's sometimes a little quirky, my K10D has some problems autofocusing it in the range from a few meters and up to near infinity. At infinity and at close range, AF works flawlessly (e.g. it works very fine for full-person shots of one person, but for groups of about 3 persons it starts to get into the difficult territory, but at infinity it's good again). I think I'm going to use this lens more than my other DA Limited - the DA70.
