An interesting revelation---I took over a dozen pictures yesterday of the birds around the feeder and most of them "sucked" because the focus was terrible.What I think happened was that I was shooting through an open window with a piece of cardboard that had a 10" hole in it.The outside temperature was in the teens and I think that I was shooting through escaping thermals that affected the sharpness of the photos.I went outside today and took several shots of the feeder stations and when I magnified them on the camera lcd they looked very sharp.The carolina wren was the best of the series and even at that it could have been better.Any comments on this phenomenon?---charliezap

HI Bob----I've had the wren around for several years and he doesn't migrate.He stays in my area year round.---charliezap

I don't have a flock of these guys but he or she has been to my feeder for several years.I never see more than one at a time.They love suet and seeds---charliezap
