Great suggestions, elevation is key and it looks like you have that covered. The only other suggestion is to get someone from the company your shooting to relay the commands you give through the bull horn, PA , ect. This way the people actually move when they are told to do something. Keep in mind most of the people there dont want to be there, so showing your in charge and telling them if they follow directions you will have them out of there in no time is a big plus in their minds.
