I didn't know the 13 model was already on the market?
Regardless, I have been using the 15 (original) model for a few months now. I like it a lot, though it is not the perfect bag PeakDesign and many of its fans claim it to be... I was looking for a bag with slightly more capacity than the Sling model I was using before as my "middle bag", and as such it fits the bill perfectly. I manage to carry K-3II + lens with an additional 5 medium sized lenses. If required, one division will take a larger lens, but even then I can stack a small limited lens on top of it (in its pouch). When shooting in challenging elements, I'll put the DA*16-50/2.8 on the camera with the hood extended, which takes away the space of one extra lens on the top row. The DA*50-135/2.8 will then sit in a pocket next to it (over to levels), leaving two bottom row spaces for medium sized glass, i.e. a total of camera+lens and 3 additional lenses. I can always close the bag on the second latch from the bottom, so it is by no means packed to maximum capacity with these setups.
As for the 13... Two dividers instead of 3, and slightly smaller. The bag's extending design should compensate the bigger camera though. I store my camera on the side with the grip facing up, so I can easily grip the camera and lift it out of the bag. A 28-75 is going to be similar in size to the DA*16-50/2.8, which sits on camera in two sections on the top row in the 15, so that shouldn't be a problem. The bottom row will have two sections for the 43 and 77, which should fit with room to spare IMHO. So Yes, I think it would work.
However, I suspect the bag might be a bit top loaded as such. Alternatively you could have the camera lens down on one side and the two limiteds stacked on the side. But then again the camera itself will be in the top part of the bag... Not sure it will be very stable (if you require being able to set it down). Best is to try it out in real life... That's how I finally decided that the 15 model could work for me. After all these are expensive bags.
