That's why that part of the movie made no sense to us New Yorkers.
There are no beaches near the Statue of Liberty, no ocean, and the ocean that WAS shown in the movie was on the wrong side.

Oh, man. Are you SURE that Santa Anita one was shot on neg? That's the kind of color that totally arouses me.
You must have done some stuff to that digitally (don't we all?), but that color makes me weak in the knees, like a little girlie-man. Did you scan the print or the neg? I love the retro look. Something about the unreal saturation that inspires me.
Please--give me a CLUE. It looks totally chrome-like to me.
But to capture that water, I guess it would have to be at least 200.
