The 77 never ceased to amaze me with its results, and now that I have a full-frame camera, its magic continues with even more pixels. Sunflower close up by Ash |

Ruby and Lazaro, well done. All the FA Limiteds shine in portraiture.
They're so good in concerts too, mainly for their size and getting past the 'no professional photography' banter: |

It's also the fraction of the 60-250's size and weight. It's also over 2 stops faster than the 60-250 at 77mm. It, of course, doesn't have a 250mm reach. Quite different beasts. Sure, it's not for everybody, but its IQ is hard to beat.
Thanks Mike for your compliments. :)

Agree with Mike - both of these are works of art.
Well done.

Great shots folks.
That one was the vista from the peak of Watsons Bay at HMAS Watson.
The 43 gave me more brilliant sky rendition to any of my DA lenses but I'm yet to compare it to the other FA limiteds.

Still a stunning portrait Robin.
Even the grain is very appealing for this B&W.

Simon, your latest are simply stunning.
The 77 shines beautifully in your hands.
Another case of 'pixie dust' being laced on images by the photographer, not just the lens.
Stunning work.

Time and time again I'm seeing some brilliant texture being rendered by these lenses.
V10, under those difficult conditions, you've got yourself a well detailed portrait.
Digitalis, your everyday scenes stand out through your lens.
And builttospill, your MX and 43 ltd of the lady's torso is just detail +++.
There is something special about those FA Ltds - anything they capture is brought to vivid life.

These are some bold, sharp captures I'm seeing here.
Anyone doubt the 43 ltd isn't a special lens?
