Nice try Peter.
Light is non-axial - a great start IMO.
B&W conversion is appropriate, though could be brightened a little.
The material she's lying on is crinkled and thus somewhat distracting, but doesn't kill the photo.
She has an engaging and natural look, but I keep ending up looking at her curled fingers (was she about to swipe someone? ;) ).
Perhaps having them straighter but her palms not facing the camera would have helped take the focus off her hands.
Chopping her off sideways just under the breasts I think could be better done diagonally chopped off just under the navel or even vertically chopped off under the waistline.
Hope this helps - but of course there are very subjective opinions...
