Flip and paste would also explain the tree growing out of the water on the left.

Thanks for the details! I really like taking long exposures, but haven't tried it with 10-20. .. I will soon though- your results were certainly awesome!

Thanks- This is a great spot to watch from, about 100 ft from where they light them off. 10mm was my only choice to cover the area they were exploding in!

Hey, general question- I get "unknown" for a lens type reported in my EXIF- is that what everyone else gets? I do get the correct focal length exposure stuff.

I've been following the thread for a long time- finally joined the club this summer, finally got my pictures loaded up this fall. ;-)
10mm F/8 1/500 (Rockport harbor)
10mm F/4 1/15 handheld (Corning Glass museum)
10mm F/4.5 15 seconds (Niagra Falls- Tourist trap area)

Well, I'm a sucker for industrial equipment, but wow, I really like these! Something about the colors and softness of the light? The middle one is like a painting.
