I've not really used the lcd for macros. Habit makes me look though the viewfinder. Lens..I don't have any you've listed, but I do have a Sigma 30mm f2.8 DN, Lumix G Vario 35-100mm f/2.8, the 12-40 f2.8 pro lens that came with the camera as well as the above macro. They're all great lenses and the Sigma is a bargain.

Close-up using the Olympus OM-D E-M1 and the Oly 60mm macro lens. I'll admit, using the evf for macros is a bit more challenging, but I'm getting pretty good results. The final images always look better than they do through the viewfinder.
