Why don't you go to the comparison page and see what differences matter to you, I only have the KP of the two, which I love, the grip is a change, but I'm used to it now. Two good cameras, I had the same delima, but Amazon had the KP for $150 less back in July so I jumped on it, and I'm very happy.
