So true. And it also helps folks like me who often have to buy "blind" over the internet since there are few Pentax deals in local forums. I can firmly place my trust in KEH's rating system (BGN and above are good enough for me) without having to see actual photos of the item. Even some unscrupulous eBay sellers fake their item photos.

I hear you. At least you could even get on the phone with them. In my case, it gets really expensive to follow-up on orders via phone, so my resort is to e-mail them, which takes them a really, really long time to respond.
But, like you said, once the package arrives and everything checks out, you're okay with KEH again. Dealing with them takes a bit of patience, but they're honest people. :)
