This is a stitched panorama of the village of Alquézar in Aragon, Spain. It's widely regarded as one of the most picturesque villages in Spain, something I can certainly agree with.

This is a stitched panorama of eleven individual shots of the Trevi fountain in Rome. I shot this in an arc so that I'd be able to compensate for perspective distortion in post, though I missed out on the water section of the fountain I think it worked pretty well. I'll need to remember that technique in the future when taking shots like this, which are low down and very close.

For comparison, the second shot is a single image taken at 17mm (the widest I could go) from the same spot.

The fountain was mobbed, and that was in January (low season). There were a lot of police around so I had to take great care with my gear (and my wallet) as I took their presence to be indicative of the presence of pick-pockets.

Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 and K-3.

Here are a couple of stitched panoramas from the Vatican. First is inside St Peter's Basilica, the second is the view from on top. Both taken with the Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 and K3. It's a shame about the flare in the second one, which looks particularly odd in that position as it's not on the other side of the image from the sun.

The Colosseum in Rome, taken with the Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 and stitched in an app on my phone. This is the first time I've used an app to stitch photos on my phone and I have to say it works very well. It takes a while due to the limited CPU power compared to a PC, but it works and allows me to publish stitched photos on Flickr or social media without having to wait until I get home.

Very nice shots. I've used the pano mode on my MZ-5N once and it was just a loss of resolution as far as I'm concerned - my scanner gives such poor results on a normal format shot that trying panorama mode just meant that the poor quality was much more obvious.

Here's a stitched digital panorama, though I couldn't get the colours quite right. K3 and M 35mm f/2.
