First thing I do with a new camera is to change the focus points from the default 33 (or whatever) to central 9.

Pentax/Ricoh do not post directly on this or any other forum
They do however post on YT and on other mainly Japan-centred sites. They are usually linked to on these forums immediately.
They have said on more than one occasion that a K-1 III is in the works, but has been delayed due to component supply/cost issues.
So to answer your complaints ....... they have been developing a new FF camera, and we have plenty of "clues" to that effect.

Why would there be ? This is a very expensive high quality lens. Wherever it is manufactured would in any case make no difference.

That looks like a slow aperture return. Although I have taken apart older manual lenses, I am not sure I would be confident delving much deeper into this lens than you have. You could perhaps have a go at loosening some of the visible screws in case some have been overtightened, but get yourself a set of JIS screwdrivers first.
If it is oil on the blades they will need to come out and be cleaned. Any decent lens repairer should be capable of doing the work.

I disagree. A slow shutter speed is often chosen for reasons other than lack of ambient light.

The AF/FA will affect manual focus lenses if you rely on the green hexagon/beep for focus confirmation.
You can only apply a global (APPLY ALL) setting for these which is independent from the individual settings you can apply to AF lenses.

Pentax are a small manufacturer, and the only one still producing DSLR. If you want something else you are wasting your time waiting for them.
