Thanks Javier, if you check the exif, that was at 18mm, to give you an idea how close I was to her, haha, I probably took 5 or 6 shots to get this one. She had no idea I was taking her photo :p

A few from Al Hraboskys place near Busch Stadium in St. Louis. The sax player was on our walk to the park before the game. Unfortunately, it was a gray day today, so the photos are a bit blah..
The older couple in the 1st photo were dancing their butts off the whole time we were there, very entertaining, especially the husband!!
The last one was a "shot from the hip" and I got lucky that it came out well :p |

Thanks Georg, I was just out shooting for the heck of it, to show some of my tropical internet friends what cold looks like, and the guy just happened to stroll by in the shot.
I haven't had many chances to give the Super Tak 35 much attention, so decided to screw it on, haha. I think i like it !!

Shot this one this afternoon, mounted my Super Tak 35 mm F3.5 on my K110D, F8, ISO 200, 1/250 sec. I am not a B&W kinda guy, but this looked like a good scene to try a conversion. Used Picasa, and PSE 3. |

That was Xmas 2007, haha, but I think you are right, it is so much easier to just click a mouse, than to fight the crowds.

This is from Xmas eve eve 2007, my first time out with my K10D, had my RMC Tokina 28mm F2.8 mounted, and headed to the mall...I was surprised that it wasn't very crowded, after all it was just TWO days before Christmas !! |
