And both the Ricoh and Cosina E1 solar bodies are now extremely rare on the secondary market. |

The Cosina E1 also has both DOF preview and self timer. Cosina Solar & consorts
I'd prefer the Ricoh or the E1 over the C1s or VSL43. Self timer, DOF preview, mechanical shutter, and solar panels for the meter where you never need to change the battery, ever.

Oh, in the upside down pic above, it looked like the top of the DOF preview lever, just like on my camera, which has the self timer and the DOF preview:

You can clearly see the DOF preview lever in the Cosina photo, right above the lens dismount lever. My Ricoh XR-Solar also has it. I don't know about the Voigtlander though, as it looks to only have the dismount lever. It looks like both are missing the self-timer lever that my Ricoh has. :p Looks like they substituted a more curved grip in it's place.

Does the C1s have an A setting? The VSL43 does. The VSL43 is a near copy of countless other bodies released over the years by Ricoh and Vivitar. Cosina Solar & consorts
Even my Ricoh Xr-Solar is the same body as the VSL43, but no A setting and mechanical shutter.
I forgot about Bronica and considered one prior to deciding on a 67II in the 90's. I liked the Pentax SLR like shape better than the boxy Bronicas.
