I just picked up a Kaligar 35mm f/2.8 for $3.75 at a thrift shop. Looks like it'll give some funky bokeh, and it focuses fairly closely. I hope the coatings are bad so it'll give a different look compared to my 35mm f/3.5 S-M-C Takumar which is about as contrasty as I'd want a lens to be.
Will post pix once I've had time to shoot with it for a bit...

That Yashica looks very VERY sharp. Nice shots, too, Georg.
Here's the latest from my Fujinon 55mm f/1.8: |

Industar-61 duct-taped to my M42-EOS adapter, mounted on my Canon 40D. Most were shot around f/4, I think, but some I needed to go wide-open.
First time being able to shoot the really tiny stuff like this. Lots of fun!

Got bored the other day and decided to take off the Takumar 35mm f/3.5 that I've been shooting with an adapter on my Canon 40D. Taped my FED 3B's Industar-61 in it's place, and shot a few pseudo-macros with it.
Lastly, the shot of the FED 3 is with the Pentax S-M-C Tak 35mm f/3.5 at f/8. |
