I'm excited to see what the D FA 21 can do. I too have the 77, 43, and 24. I added the 31 about a year ago. The 24, 31, and 43 are different enough they really don't overlap.
The 43 was my most-used lens on the K10D. The 77 is my most-used lens on the K-1.

Thank you. I don't know them personally, but I've been to several of their fantastic shows. Every time they come to Salt Lake City, which is quite often, I try to go see them.

Thank you! Although my least-used Limited, the 31 is fantastic.

It looks like the FA 77 might have been a better option for you. All FA Limited lenses are great with landscapes, but I don't often use them for wildlife. How'd you like the 31?
Because I don't have a wildlife image with an FA Limited lens, I just posted these two from YNP of young bison with my F* 250-600 in the F/FA* thread: F* & FA* club! - Page 55 - PentaxForums.com
YNP is good in the winter, but I absolutely love Teton National Park in the winter.
I better post an image after all that...

I always go in May. School is still in so there's hardly anyone in Yellowstone. Some trails and roads are still closed for the winter, but in my opinion, it's the best time to go due to one, no crowds, and two, all the little animal babies are just being born.

I'm just now doing a bit of catch-up reading in this thread. How'd your trip go?

Makes sense. I guess I'm really not a fan of broken links, images or otherwise. It makes the discussion look messy and outdated.

Yeah, I'm not sure why people post photos then take them down...
Welcome. Nice photo.

You're welcome. That second one from the FA 31 is really good.

These are great shots, especially the last two.
Many won't follow your link outside the Forums to view images. I'd suggest using Flickr's built-in code to allow us to see the images from inside your posts here.
Great image.

If you don't have the FA 77 yet, you must not have the FA 43 or FA 31...
