I am used to saltwater so this harbour in Hjo, Sweden was like magic with the trees lining it.

Both was shot with the SMC Pentax-FA 35mm F2 AL my lens in this months single challenge. If I had to bet then I would guess that the tele effect in the last shot is because of the number of trees visible, they do go on and on :-) I shoot a lot at f7.1 because you get a hyperfocal distance at about 9 meters (30 feet) and I find that excellent for this focal length in forest landscapes. Basically you can focus on the closest tree and be pretty sure that you will get everything in focus.
