So the Manfrotto 804RC2 is good even for LF camera. Good.
Since this head is a 3 way how you transport it? Using a large baggage? Or you remove the head during the trasport and put it on the tripod only during the last moment?

Thanks for your input henkvanzuylen.

I asked at tuco about the Vanguard Alta 284CT because him have replaced the Vanguard Alta 234AB with it and time ago i see one shoot taken with that previous tripod but using the hasselblad, since the pentax 6x7 is a lot different, i wonder which type of tripod and head him usually use.

Since do you prefer more use the WLF that means that you usually use a tripod when you shoot?
For the pentax 6x7 with kind of tripod and head combination do you usually use?
Since the slap is a lot more stronger respect at when you use your hasselblad?

On the last two shoot that you send here, given the extremely fast shutter speed and the lower point of shooting, was hand handled?

On some other shoot, as for example this one:

i see some sign, perhaps some one could give some tips for avoid similar problem, or at least minimize and resolve during postwork.

Nice shoot.
Then i was taken a look at your developer for find informations and i came at this discussion:
WD2D+ Developer
where there was a discussion about the procedure to use it, in particular is the presoaking was necessary even on modern film (as said on the instruction or not).
Given that you have obtain a nice image, can i ask wich procedure you are follow?

Thanks for the explanation. :)
Could i ask two other related questions?
On the mountain you have used only two legs (extended) and that increase the stability.
With your previous tripod and with your new light tripod, do you never use the max extended heigh (but without the center column)?
And about the head, if you don't need to change the horizont, don't you can doing the same thing even with a ballhead with a pan on its base?
So you move only the base while the horizont remain untouched?
Or i missing somethings?
