Pentax was able to launch no less than 8 lenses in 2008, including 4 DA* and 1 DA Limited.
Having - let's say - 5 zooms this year i.e. the 2 DFAs already announced, the kit lens and another 2 lenses from the roadmap, and launching the 2 remaining zooms together with 2-3 primes in 2016 should be within their capacity.
Let's not forget that Ricoh Imaging was preparing for the FF since 2012.
Your scenario doesn't make sense for a camera maker trying to push a new product line. 4 lenses on the roadmap, 3 more years until the 5th? No way.
