You don't get to decide that.

No, it's B&H/Adorama's fault for not separating high end fixed lens cameras from point and shoots.
Including the $4500 Leica Q.

It's not my job to fix everything wrong on the Internet.

There is no MILC class - that's a type of camera; same for DSLRs. You don't talk about "the diesel/gas car class" then conclude that a Bugatti Chiron is a cheap underpowered car like a Dacia Logan. ---------- Post added 29-09-18 at 09:55 PM ----------
I've seen Ricoh officials (the top ranked Japanese like Mr Arai and Iwasaki) laughing as they were leaving the Nikon stand. Either they found better paid jobs, or they've seen the Z ;)

Ricoh calls it a high-end digital compact camera. If you don't see the difference between it and the WG-50, it's not the camera nor Ricoh.

A thin interview at a thin Photokina. Maybe we shouldn't be surprised...

Taking the image here as a reference: Press Day - Photokina 2018 - Photokina 2018 | PentaxForums.com
In the center there's the touch&try counter with the lens, etc display I was talking about on the back.
On the left side, a smaller counter with t-shirts and maybe a printer? I largely ignored it.
In front of that, the large Theta with VR headsets.
On the other side, not visible in that image, there was a GR display with all GRs (including film ones) and the GR III looming above them. Of course, the current GR was also on the touch&try counter.

Nope.
There was a display with the current lenses, binoculars and accessories - and IIRC a WG, the classic one. But not on the touch&try counter.

Sigh... It's not on display. The article is wrong.
They have the Theta, 645z, K-1 II, KP, K-70 and the GR.

I have a better question: is it considered rude to suddenly approach a highly ranked Ricoh Imaging official?
You know, to tell him how much I like Pentax, show appreciation for their work, ask to see all sorts of secret prototypes and development roadmaps...
