Thanks. No other pictures as I don’t use it normally, it’s just too large/heavy and slow to use. It has a tripod mount but it’s located at the end of the +4kg lens so the unbalance is epic, the tripod head has to be locked down firmly making aiming adjustments hard. But someday I will make a bracket of some sort to balance it better.

Thanks, it IS a monster lens and this is pretty much all I use it for because it’s very unbalanced and awkward to use.

The moon, and that’s it. Not particularly artistic but still here it is.
Shoot with K-1 and Pentax 135-600 at 600mm. Near 100% crop.

I know that more advanced pendulum clocks have the pendel arm built in such a way that temperature variations doesn’t change the length of the pendel, and hence doesn’t affect the clock speed. Is that it?
