What does the K5 sensor dust display show? Those really do look more serious than air is going to solve. But you shouldn't hesitate to give the sensor a wet cleaning with a suitable cleaner. I assume the same spots show up when you photograph any plain surface with a small aperture (making it easier to see the spots.)
