I've been chasing birds for four days and haven't had a chance to check here till now, great pics! Cool to see your Inside Passage pics Mike, it's been too many years since I've been up there but it's an incredible place as your pictures show, thanks for posting those.

Oh my, look what Javier did while I was posting my last entry! As if I needed another reason to get a super wide angle, but that perspective, well used like in this photo, is very impressive indeed.

Great series axl, the first was my favorite till I spotted the lady and child in the second one which brought the whole composition together.
Stratman, your photo is one of the first that has really shown me the capabilities of the Super Tak 35/3.5. I'm not sure why but something about your photo keeps me coming back to it. Like Axl's second photo it must be the person who is strategically placed in the composition who completes the photo. This is something, I think, that is missing in many of my pics but I'm out in the woods so much by myself, except for Spike, that it is hard to get people into the shots. Which of course is why Spike is in so many of them:-).

After this condo was built I'm been guilty of calling it an eyesore. So then, why do I keep photographing it?
We're settling into greyness here in North Idaho now so a B&W thread fits well.
