Hi :) Please check that the file name is exactly as described. If you have an earlier version of that file, Mac will add a *2* to the filename, and the camera won't accept it . I have done that bummer a few times myself :)
I deleted all earlier downloads from Pentax, dowloaded it again, so the file got saved by the correct name.
