This is from I Soligor C/D 70-210 f/4.5 Macro Zoom I have. I used to own a Tokina built VS1 70-210 V.2 as well as a Cosina built V.4 of the VS1 70-210 and other than being a little slower, I would say the Soligor is every bit as good as both of those VS1 lenses.

Looks like it might be a Nikon F mount.
Numbers on aperture ring are in reverse order from what K-mount lenses are.

I recently picked up an Auto Tele Lentar 135/3.5 in M42 mount so I guess I am part of this club. I wrote a little about the lens in another thread.
It's quite a nice little lens.
