IMO, That's a proper ratrod. It's built just enough to make it go fast. I don't see any of the "trendy rat-rod" junk on it, like mailbox air cleaners, beer tap shifters, or fake rust. This one even appears to have had safety in mind with a disc brake upgrade.

Wow. Shows how long it's been since I have been to Dallas. So much changes so fast. I heard there were plans to build a high speed train that runs from Dallas to Houston.

I'd take a TR6, but they don't fit tall people so well. I almost bought one and the top of the windshield frame was right in my line of sight. Closing the door meant squishing my leg against the steering wheel. It was a sad day, that day. It was almost mine.

Nice work. Care to share how your rig is constructed? Under the car or on? I'm in the process of building one myself, but am trying to find a sturdy enough pipe that won't bounce so easily.
