the other option is change the motor, nikon motors are easily available @ USD in aliexpress, pentax motors forget it.

first when i saw this i thought what the heck, but then if you have newer bodies then conversion is difficult, you would need a older body, this offer then makes great economic sense, and you avoid the learning curve. :)
