You showed it off splendidly. As you know we have a tradition here of squirrel photos :) Those red squirrels have become rare in UK, I have heard.

Originally posted by jcdoss We visited a new town today, only 4km away, because the local photo club was participating in an art exhibit there. I was impressed by the quality of the work, and am thinking of joining if I ever get better at speaking German.
[ Joining the club will certainly improve your German. I speak from experience.

Your manual focused shots are so clean and sharp. How do you handle focusing?

This is the right place, although there are several others which you will find as you explore the site. Nice intro pics taken with an outstanding kit.

These are all lovely compositions but the first is particularly stricking. The Zenitar looks like an interesting lens.

I have been thinking about the recently closed post processing thread and wonder if or how much PP you needed for this photo. Your shared images are so consistently fine that I imagine you do at least a little PP.

I, for one, really appreciate your commitment to daily showcasing your excellent set of Pentax legacy glass. You are clearly a master of manual focus.

The M 50mm f/1.7 is a wonderful little lens. Your photos take full advantage of it! Thanks for sharing.
