I have a lot of hellebores in my garden, mostly Orientalis, but a few of the more interesting crosses, such as Ericsmithii..

i recently mounted my DA*300mm on my K1 take some flower shots....this visitor to my garden landed quite close to me to eat some food spilled frm a bird feeder. No problems with AF (centre point AF-S)

I tried my DA*300mm on my K1 yesterday (had been using K3+ Tamron 70-200 earlier) This was shot at ISO 20000, even then at f4.5 I was at 1/200, which is slow for energetic musicians on stage!
