Hi, Don't know if you were interested in any observations but IMO this shot appears to be "over-sharpened". The colours are nice and the lighting is good but on my monitor the image has a fake look and there is the tell tale highlight around the black Anthers. The flower petals almost look like cut outs. I may be wrong but from here it looks sharpened too much.
I don't know the set up you used but try the same shot again with a solid tripod and use a cable release or the 2 second MU to reduce internal camera shake. Also turn off the SR when on a tripod. You're better off with a sharp picture from the camera and limited, careful use of the sharpening tools to produce the best image.
