Ha! Ok, I'll take the credit...er, blame! Yeah, this has been quite the experience. I wish I could safely drive to more places... there's lot's of new perspectives with all this snow that I'd love to capture. But my car won't accept chains and I'm basically on top of a hill, so I can't go far.

Well, usually that's true, but we're still going strong for over a week now! Starting to get a little of cabin fever, but still great opportunities to get some unique views. Anyways thanks for your comment!

well since we hardly get weather like this, it looks like tomorrow is going to be a snow day :D:D But if I had to get somewhere or had some really important appointments, I'm sure I'd be singing a different tune. So far so good though...

Yup, that's me in all 5 layers of clothing :p I know shake reduction does wonders, but without all that clothes I'd be shivering more than the cam could handle... Thanks for commenting!

Thanks! That last one was a bit tricky; had to take 3 shots w/ different exposures before I got it. It's my faux macro!
I couldn't resist taking lots of pics of those ornaments... cheesy but so much pop at the same time! #4's bokeh is like december water colors: I was very pleased!
Honestly, every day with snow is like getting my christmas gift! Although, now all our snow is covered w/ about an inch of ice, so I think the ability to travel is much reduced now. Just hope everyone stays safe!

I've been praying desperately for snow for a few years now and haven't had the good fortune of getting anything worthwhile. But over the last few days... WOW! Yeah, getting to and from work is a pain and the drivers here are clearly unprepared and inexperienced w/ dealing with the stuff... despite all this, it's such an amazing look! Anyways, here's some of the bounty...
