For a long hike (about 12 day's) in the back country I take the Samyang 24mm and the DA*300mm, 6 and 10 stops ND filters and a light Siriu tripod with my usual Markins ball head. The Pentax lens is wonderdfull to pick out features in the landscape and to compress the hilly surroundings. And when I see a opportunity it helps to document the wildlife. The Samyang is for all the wide angle stuff including shooting the night sky. I alway's carry to much batteries; 5 should be enough. I leave the battery grip at home. Apart from some cleaning stuff and tripod with head everything fits in one bag on my chest with the big backpack on my back.
