Great test.
The slightly better defocusing in the Takumar outdoor shot could also be due to it being faster than the equivalent 55 lens. That aside, there are few differences.
Which brings me to a point I've come to notice lately: people keep talking about rendering and bokeh, but the differences are really very small and for many practical applications like these portraits, they would be hardly relevant. Take a hundred such shots and shuffle them and we wouldn't be able to reliably distinguish what was from the Takumar and what was from the Pentax. Start pixel peeping to check resolution and microcontrast, or look at CAs, and then we would be able to do a more reliable identification.
Re: the "does this look better for the Pentax or for the Takumar" question, I'm pretty sure that in more challenging lighting conditions, the modern lens would show its advantage over the older in terms of resistance to flares or ghosting. But for regular shooting, an old professional grade lens is as good as a new one. And this is a known fact - main progress in optical design was made in the area of coatings, zooms, extreme wide-angles, and extreme telephotos:
