For that you need to stop buying lenses, instead you need to go out more and buy drinks to girls who will eventually become your models ;)

I never seen a "bad" 135mm :)

They all start from OK to great in my experience with over 100+ 135mm lenses.

I got 4 copies of the K135/2.5, will likely part with at least one in upcoming weeks...tough decision about which one to let go...

Got this lens for a song and it's surprisingly sharp wide open and also has a nice 3D effect as shown in the above image.

The SMC Pentax 135/3.5 is definitely better than the Takumar 135/f2.5 bayonet version. If you want a good and "affordable" 135/2.5 go for the Super Takumar 135/f2.5 M42 version. I personally prefer the SMC K135/2.5 but it's harder to find and also much more expensive.

I agree with the fact that the 135 is a bit too long on crop sensor. I rarely go beyond 100mm on crop sensor. My 135 is only used when I'm taking picture from my 2nd floor balcony :)

No wonder why so many people consider K135/f2.5 to be one of the best 135mm out there...

The images speak for itself.

Wide open

Probably f4 or between f2.5 and f4
