I do love Irish beer !
I'm presently craving for wild salmon . It will be hard to get them this year . I got a whole one , so fresh that you can smell the ocean on its skin . Cut it into pieces with the skin on . You can save the odds & ends for salmon cakes . Hot saute pan with teaspoon of oil . Shear it on the meat side then flip over . With the skin side on the bottom of the saute pan , let it sit in 400F oven for few minutes . Warm up some some blanched green beans in the same pan . Add some cilantro with a-touch-spicy-tamarind sauce : voila . Life is beautiful !!!

We had a party of some young folks so we decided to go with this rather than with a big cake which will be destroyed in no time !!!

Haha I heard the helpless crying from Dave :D .
So went out and and get a shot . Come back and see Kim already posted but lucky me I got some lawn tool in the photo . Big "tool" on the right side hehe .
Next , I wanna to see some film shot ! Made by film camera of any brand and any subject . Oh ! Please keep it G rated haha .

Thanks Grant . It was my first paid gig . I walked into the place with 7 models , 2 horses , one dead Jeep and two models asking me " do you want my bra on ?? " !!
It was a surfing board company . They went for the old-fashioned country look .
I did learn so much that day :)
Dinner was good : Chinese and tday is Mexican .
BTW the horses are the "Power" but that guy qualified, too !
Did somebody say "working" and "sport " ??
