Yes, it is an elbow...(all LR's have to have an elbow handing out of them. I drive a T)..and I have to agree it does look at bit wierd. Probably the high contrast which is straight out the camera, and which I like for this shot.
I can show more detail in the sand, but only at the expence of starting to yellow the sand. Not very proficient with PP. I tried easyHDR LDR (low dynamic range enhancement), but that just made it plain or more wierd. The sand is really that white and very blinding to drive on, but the sky is a bit over done from the CP.

I preferred to crop this image thinking the vehicle was to small for impact on the original. But then the impact of the CP on the sky and the size of the dune is somewhat lost. Which do you think looks better?
